Tyler & Kate – After reading your list – I am EXCITED!
That’s a realy nice variety. Never heard of gold beets. Never tried Celeriac. Though there’s only 2 of us, we seem to eat more produce than many so we’re interested in a full share. I find it amusing that so many people try to get to 5 a day servings and find it hard. A dietician told me at least 8 to 10 a day is more healthy, which is what I find more normal. Eating about 10 servings a day also allows you to get enough fiber without tablets and such which a couple of my friends buy and take in place of real food. I’d rather eat an eggplant than a Fiber One bar any day.
