Cookbooks
Since there is no way for us to share all of our favorite recipes with you all at once, we thought it might be nice to add some resources on the website that you can look up. Here are some recommended resources for great recipes.
Mark Bittman’s How to Cook Everything Vegetarian: Simple Meatless Recipes for Great Food is an excellent source for beginners or cooks that are facing a new vegetable because he discuses how to pick, prepare, and cook each vegetable. There are also basic recipes with options for spicing them up once you get a hang of it. You can find it on Amazon for new for $21.71.
Bittman also has a column in The New York Times called the Minimalist. Check out this link for a bio and links to recipes.
Also on The New York Times on the Dining & Wine page is a recipe search tool to find recipes that have been published. You can search by vegetable.
We will have more cookbook ideas for you in the next couple of weeks.
